The 2025 regular season kicks off on Friday, May 9, and features nine weeks of national competition across 34 states. The 2025 season boasts an all-time-high of over 150 teams, with 31 expansion and returning teams that did not play in 2024.​

Regular season play runs from May 9 – July 6, with the regional playoffs set for mid-July. Region winners advance to the WPSL Championship at the end of July.
