We are excited to introduce our new Boys Director of Coaching, Ross Brown!
Ross, originally from Lincolnshire, England, moved to the United States in 2014 to pursue his collegiate soccer career. During his time at Wayland Baptist University, Ross helped lead the team to an NAIA National Championship in 2017, a defining moment in his playing career.
Following his playing days, Ross transitioned into coaching, beginning at Northeast Texas Community College before relocating to Ohio. In 2019, he joined Tiffin University as a Graduate Assistant Coach for the men’s soccer program. After earning his Master’s in Sports Management, Ross was promoted to Assistant Coach, where he played an integral role in player development and program success over the next five years.
In November 2022, Ross joined TOCA Columbus as Manager of Soccer Operations, overseeing programming and helping grow the center’s community presence. His leadership and passion for player development led to his appointment as Director of Classics Eagles Soccer Club (under TOCA ownership) in June 2023, where he has spent the past two and a half years guiding the club’s vision and supporting both coaches and players.
Ross currently holds a USSF C License and plans to pursue additional coaching licensure in
the future to continue advancing his knowledge for the game.
Welcome Ross!
