Background:

Jim Scott is a product of Northwest Ohio and has been involved in the youth scene for over a decade. He began his career as the President of Maumee Youth Soccer Association where he brought participation in their recreational program to levels that have since been unmatched. He is the director of footskills at the Maumee Soccer Centre as well as on staff with the women's program at St. Ursula Academy. In years past he has been a staff coach with both TFA and GTFC and has been instrumental in the development of youth players for both of these well established programs. Jim's extensive experience with youth coaching, coupled with his relationship with St. Ursula allows him to identify what younger players need to be able to do technically in order to succeed tactically as older players. This is an invaluable asset as he prepares and develops the younger players before moving them on within the club. His role as the Youth Academy Director is to develop the club through the U10 age group.
